What are my opening hours?

I consult on Mondays and Thursdays during school hours. I dispense on Fridays.

Parking

There is no parking immediately outside my house where my clinic is. You will need to park a couple of mins walk away.

Accessibility

There are 5 steep steps into my front garden, a sloped path to the front door where there are further steps into the house and the toilet is on the 1st floor.

I am happy to welcome assistance animals but am not good with dogs! I can accommodate interpreters and other family members but the best information is gained when we can communicate directly and usually 1-2-1.

With the exception of young children, I would usually expect the person I am consulting to be capable of making the appointment decision for themselves.

Online/In-person

I need to see you in-person for the first appointment. This gives me an idea of your vitality and general demeanour etc. It also means that I can undertake any examinations. After the first appointment, I am happy to consult online or in-person - my bookings calendar asks you to indicate which you prefer.

How to book

The first appointment is a free compatibility chat so, fill in my form to let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll be in touch.

We will arrange your first appointment directly as it is a longer length.

All Follow-up appointments you select a suitable time for yourself in my calendar - I will send you the link in my email after your first appointment.

Paying for your medicines

I will send you an email about your prescription and when you have decided that the suggested prescription matches with your requirements, then I ask for payment. Once paid for, I will dipsense on the next Friday and ket you know when they are out for collection.

Getting your medicines

I have a wooden crate on my doorstep which you can collect your medicines from. This avoids needing to make an additional arrangement. Please be sure to take the herbs which are for you!

I’m not local to you.

For those who cannot collect their medicines, I can arrange to post them out to you. This incurs an additional fee for postage, preparation and packing. The postage fee will depend on the weight of the parcel and whether you prefer 1st/2nd class etc. Those things will be discussed with you. The preparation/packing fee is £10.
