Health Support Group

Do you prefer to work in community with like-minded folk?

This standalone health support group gently grapples with the fundamentals of good health: Food, Sleep, Movement and Self-care

Do you find it difficult to commit to the health changes you want? Work together with me, in community, to remove your blocks to self-care, making positive food choices, moving your body regularly and sleeping deeply.

We will meet weekly for 4 consecutive weeks and using EFT-Tapping we will work together to clear your blocks to making the changes you want to feel.

Why EFT-Tapping?

EFT-Tapping is a collection of techniques which harness your body’s energies through simple moves, literally tapping on the head, face and upper body enabling you to become liberated from old patterns and stuck places. It has absolutely revolutionised my life. I had spent years in either counselling or therapy but, although I had made significant progress, still didn’t feel like I was living my best me. Since the work I have done for myself and facilitated for others, I can truly say it has the potential to make magic for you too.

Why a group?

I love working with groups. The togetherness of shared experience, of change and growth is wonderful. This is a fabulous chance to work with me in a truly cost-effective way. Dip your toe into the joy of better health.

Why tap with me?

I have been facilitating groups weekly since 2020 when I began my free offering ‘Catching the Tapping Bug’ during lockdown in the global Covid-19 pandemic. I wanted to offer my community something of the community we were excluded from and utilise my skills during that terrible time of isolation and separation from others. It evolved into Calm Club and also took shape as Sleepy Sessions. It became a beautiful space for women to come together and share their week and free themselves from their emotional heavies.
