This supportive, welcoming and friendly group is a non-judgemental space in which to tap out your concerns. The act of tapping lowers cortisol and enables our bodies to release some ‘fight-flight’ energy leaving you feeling calmer and more relaxed.

New to Tapping?
You don’t need special kit - we tap with our fingers on our bodies.
You don’t need experience - I lead and guide throughout the session.
You don’t even need to leave home - it’s all on Zoom.
You do need an open mind and a readiness for a new experience.
How it works: As a group we tap out the things making us feel uptight, stressed, anxious and wound-up. As they are released, we tap in the feelings we would like to feel instead. Calm, joy, grounded, focused, relaxed.

Fee? 1st session free. £10 thereafter
